He's not going to the combine. Too busy finding a defensive coordinator from a system he doesn't like. Who he can micro manage.

When did he go to the combine last?

This guy probably cosplays as Skip Bayless. Or his heros Nick Wright and Cohn

Combine is sooo important to watch football players run around in shorts.

Yeah agreed. I wish they would I don't know keep track of the numbers the players posted at the combine so coaches had a reference of their athleticism. Million dollar idea I know

Probably good he's not there or he would just fall in love with some complete project and burn years of ones

i could not agree more with this.

"It's a deficiency in this passing game that the pass protection is not the first thought, and it has been."

I know folks think alot about this drive and this play, but the thing is... we would have probably still lost of we got a TD here.

BECAUSE Andy Reid and Pat Mahomes would have had four downs on their next drive to get a TD... and Andy would have went for two, if you use common sense.

Our final drive before the end of the 4th Qtr was the killer. Should have never went into overtime, if your overtime strategy was not full proof. We should have stayed in control and left on our own terms that 4th QTR... or that overtime (by recieving second).

and I can sit here just as easily and say that we stop the 2-point conversion to win the game

hypotheticals are a 2-way street.

The problem with stopping the 2, is it's Mahomes v Wilks. The DC Kyle was eager to fire. Why would we want it to come to that? Late game KC was having their way on O. We all saw it. Yet KS put us in a Mahomes v Wilks to decide the SB situation. Didn't have to be like that. Kyle chose that ending.

you just keep digging further into hypotheticals assuming Reid even goes for 2.

Shanahan is too controlling. According to the SI article. Yeah they are right. He micro manages and doesn't delegate. Andy Reid is the gold standard.

article is the truth

First... what would you rather have... CMC, Deebo, Aiyuk, what's left of Kittle and Brock needing to just get into FG range on the 3rd possession against KC defense? Hell maybe a kick return gets us there.

Or Andy Reid, Mahomes vs our defense at the goal line.

Andy would rather go out with Pat finding a way to get those few yards to end the game.... than watch us march down the field for a FG to win.

There was NEVER going to be a third possession.
