I don't see Vrabel as a 'rah rah' coach.....that's more Pete C's angle. Having said that, you can question some of Campbell's decisions, but the team played all out for the guy. The players have bought into him, but the question is how long he can go with it, and how does he evolve.
A guy on that list I have always found overrated is Mike Tomlin. Yeah...his players love his quips and whatnot, and the media falls over themselves for that nonsense, but when was the last time the Steelers won a playoff game? 7 years ago? Dude is average at best.
