I love opening games and I hate them at the same time. Every year is different even when you have essentially the same personnel. A few players and issues that pop up can change team chemistry. Now that teams barely play the starters in pre season the openers are even more of a mystery.

Most of the NFL is not very good. KC and SF are the only true contenders. I would count Baltimore but they always get exposed in the playoffs, we'll see if Detroit as a down year

i prefer it when folks say our team is going to fail. i dont like it when our guys hear too muich from the media about how great they are. i'd rather them hear doubt so it motivates them.

regardless what people say - these guys hear whats said. freakin BA watches espn all the time. lol i'd rather them hype other teams and put a chip on our shoulders.

Detoilet is not going to have the same schedule, will surprise no one, wont be as lucky with injuries and will be playing in a more competitive division. Hardly a slam dunk for the 1 seed.
