Wouldn't be surprised if a decent part of the game plan involved Deebo, so him basically going down with the illness in warmups hurt. Now with Aiyuk out it's Kittle and rookie WRs for the second half. Against the best defense in the league who don't allow anyone to run on them.
KC is tough to beat at full strength. Down CMC/Deebo/Aiyuk/Jennings is brutal.

A fat, over the hill Deebo can't be the focus of the game plan. If that's truly what KS was hoping for, then he should be canned.

I agree that Deebo isn't what he used to be. But with CMC and Jennings out going into this game, Mason nursing his shoulder and Aiyuk under performing going into this game, Deebo was likely a good chunk of the game plan today.
