The biggest red flag to me is I feel like the players aren't playing as hard.

I'm done. He will never win in big moments. I get the injuries. Reid works around his. This team had every chance to win despite it all.
purdy's 3 picks killed em; but so did shanahan, special teams, and 3rd down defense.
the issues are systemic and team wide. And that's coaching.
yorks won't do it and he'll only leave of his own volition, but wasting a roster that could have won 3 super bowls on a guy who is a schemer and play designer but will never be a head coach, is infuriating.

It's time for him to start being on the hot seat. He isn't doing a good enough job of "scheming" anything on offense. Nobody is open. Purdy is running for his life. The run game is hit and miss. No play action. Defenses have figured him out.
