To be fair that's only one posters moronic suggestion.
I heard the same stuff when I claimed Scot McCloughan was an alcoholic and had wet brain. It'll come out eventually, you don't show up to a Super Bowl press event drunk without being an addict.
More projection
You spend your entire day defending the character of a man that you've never met by personally attacking strangers on the internet.

you sound drunk
Showing up to an event drunk makes you an addict? By that definition everyone that's ever been drunk is an alcoholic. I've seen people get toasted on New Years or at a wedding and barely have another drink during the rest of the year. I've seen people snort coke that never became addicts. If Kyle has a problem he sure is keeping it quiet and under control.

His whole fixation on drugs and alcohol and what defines an addict is just truly bizarre.

For all the Shanahan apologists, this is a great video on how Kyle fails as a coach. Just scroll to the 12 minute mark and start watching. It goes over the epic 28-3 collapse of the Atlanta Falcons in the Super Bowl. It's amazing because the same offensive mistakes Kyle made being up 28-3 with 6 minutes left in the 3rd quarter….reared their ugly head a few years later in the SB and again last year. Watching this video, sure…the Kyle fans will point to player mistakes and missed assignments. But the creator does a great job of stating that Kyle put the team in a position to lose. His inept offensive play calls not only slowed the offense, but forced a defense that was playing brilliantly to tire out, commit mistakes, and overall lose the game. You realize after watching the video that it's easy to blame Jimmy, or Wilks, or the refs, or a missed assignment on the oline, etc. But in reality, a failed coach that misjudged the situation and overplayed his cards is why we lost 2 Super Bowls in 5 years, and why Kyle is 0-3.

Yeah, showing up drunk to a work event like a board meeting or product launch would get most people fired.
Kyle then lost the Super Bowl.
I guess whatever Kyle and you do for a living have different standards.

Kyle lost that game. He lost 3 solid times in the Super Bowl and people still make excuses for him.

How many superbowls have you won?
Its just lazy to criticize from the couch.
Watch the video. The trend in all 3 Super Bowls are eerily similar. Kyle's inability to seize the moment led to all 3 losses, but his ineptness was diluted because it was easy to blame other facets of the game eg penalties, missed plays, refs, quarterbacks. But you can see in that video that even with a well oiled machine clicking on all cylinders, Kyle found a way to keep the team from closing it out.

its quite damning…
It just shows how the Falcons defense couldn't stop Brady to save their lives. You try to reach with your T-rex arms but you still can't get it!!! Lol

Shanahan's simps say all kind of stuff to defend his play-calling in the biggest moments of his life but reality is that they don't have valid arguments for his lack of understanding of the moment which has been his signature on every Super Bowl.
Shanahan isn't good in Super Bowls but his simps will never accept that truth.

what's damning is that your knowledge of the game is lower than a casual fan
