Don't want him fired, but imo he's gotten stagnant and complacent. With the playoffs around the corner, after the bye, and CMC back this is the time for the team to have cleaned things up and getting hot. Instead it's been the same issues over and over and over.

Simply a rough year for many reasons. So many close losses in winnable games is draining. Vibes have been off all year.
I expect some big upheavals this off season simply because Shanahan has no other option. He and Lynch know they will need to roll the dice on a few things. I expect a skill player or two traded to shake things up. Ideally to replace C/RT, but could be other positions as well.
