I truly believe Shanahan needs to see a sports psychologist. He's mentally cooked. I see a coach whose spirit has been amputated. Incapable of making the simplest of decisions because he suffers from paralysis by analysis.

Take for example 4th and 6 at Seattle 42 yard line. Kyle decides to punt.. Why? to push Seattle back 20 more yards? so what? Seattle got right back to the 42 after a few plays, proving that Kyle'a decision to punt was indeed wrong and cowardly (Playing not to lose).

We'll never know if Purdy would've picked up 6 yard on that 4th down but I'd accept the loss a lot better knowing they failed to convert.

Kyle does everything that opposing coaches would want him to do. Please please kick a FG !! Sure!!

We are headed for a high pick and REBUILT mode. As much as Shana_FANS don't want to admit it. I don't want this clown show picking it either and screwing it up. So we need new leadership for the REBUILT picks.

Wow! Ranked 118 out of 125? Not good in close games.

Most coaches who hang around long enough to achieve 40+ games that are decided by 7 or fewer will by definition have a good winning % because that's how they continue to be head coach

Kyle is unique in that he wins by double digits blow-outs (regular season)

Forget idiot Grant Cohn, but there is plenty of other chatter about Kyle's management.

No doubt KS is very very smart, and sacking him would be silly, but the world got smarter and he does not look like he can work it out at the moment.
