Exactly. Nothing wrong with making changes when it's needed. If you have a coach that's disliked by the players then you need to make a change. If the team is sub .500 every year you need to make a change. When the coach was part of the rebuild that brought the team back t relevance there is no reason to make a change. If they have a couple bad years in a row then the situation changes. This team has had to overcome a lot of crucial injuries. Not jst injuries to backups or average players. Key players. It's been one thing fter another ll season

I was just listening to Donte Whitner he he pointed out that the Niners needed to make one or two more plays against the Rams, Cards and Seahawks to come out with wins. Not making those plays is the difference between 8-2 and 5-5.

I hope I'm wrong but I think it's time to clean house . Kyle has to go. I'm not sure if there is a better candidate than Kyle besides, BB. he isn't and offensive genius either.

The DC and ST defiantly have to ago and I agree with other post the OL coach has to go as well.

how can we only score 17 points at home vs bottom defense and how hard can it be to get competent C and RT.

I feel like the Seahawks game was on the offense. The O had the opportunity to close the game out when we had the 4th down stop on Seattle.

You're effectively replacing a HC and GM if you fire Shanahan. Looking at Bill's recent history… probably not the best candidate for this role, even if you're in love with his coaching ability.

4 NFCCGs, 3 NFCCG in a row, 2 SBs with two different teams and you act like that is some easy thing to do ?
