Shanahan has won a ton of games. He's a great Offensive Coordinator.
I think he's a horrible Head Coach because of all of his blunders with Clock Management, Rules etc.
The guy is arrogant and doesn't hold himself accountable.
It's extremely difficult to look past the history of meltdowns and losses in the biggest games that he has on his resume.

I grew up in the 80s I saw a lot of winning and that's why I'm a SF fan in NY. I also watched a ton of losing for the past 2 decades. Folks got stop acting like Bill Walsh is gonna walk thru that door. That s**t is done. It's been forever.
There Isn't a single person here that doesn't want a SB. Acting like that s**t is easy is being ignorant. I disagree he's a bad HC. He's setup a culture where the expectations is winning going to playoffs and SBs.
Did you look past the 20 yrs of meltdowns with Andy? I mean Tomlin hasn't won s**t in 15 yrs and nothing with his team. Harbs hasn't done anything in over a decade and that's with a 2X MVP at QB. LaFleur is too busy choking to SF to even make it to the SB etc etc.
I get being upset but use some perspective with what's happened elsewhere.
