Technically speaking Kyle was the second best coach last year so the only way to get better is to hire Reid.

True but that's the case nearly every year. Kittle is a war horse and always manages to get back out there. He often misses a game here or there because of the intense way he plays.

True but that's the case nearly every year. Kittle is a war horse and always manages to get back out there. He often misses a game here or there because of the intense way he plays.
Having 2023 Aiyuk outta the line up is a huge blow, for all the s**t I gave him about re-signing, he does run the best routes out of 49ers WR's. Pearsall, Aiyuk, Deebo and Jennings would've been huge for the offense this season. Imagine if Aiyuk didn't hold out, he would've been the 49ers top WR and most like a top 10 WR in the NFL right now.

Not everyone agrees & thinks he's some elite level QB. It most certainly plays a massive part in who they would bring in and what they would have to accept.
jed had to beg Kyle to come here if you remember…Kyle said he wasn't coming to a team that didn't have top end vet QB tied to it. Jed had to give him a 6 yr deal and carte blanche. This was NOT a desirable spot.
Firing a well respected young HC who took a team to 2 SBs and 2 NFCCs in 5 yrs isn't something that teams do. You're asking that guy to do BETTER than that from day 1.
all this debate is meaningless, they aren't firing him nor should they.

I don't think the holdout had anything to do with the torn ligaments. That's just bad luck and has nothing to do with conditioning. With Aiyuk out we've seen how hard it is for Deebo to get open.
