2-9 in his 3rd year as HC with a roster he has helped construct. 8 years as a HC in the NFL and only one double digit win season.

We are seeing and have seen how he does it and it's not good with the exception of one season.

This is exactly how I feel. I want to see how he responds this offseason. I expect significant changes with his coaching staff otherwise why expect different results.

25 will be his last year with the organization. Back to back loosing seasons will prompt the change. He doesn't know different… so we will get more of the same.

Be kinda hard to fire someone after winning the Super Bowl in 25

Now that's funny. This team is on a reverse trajectory.. they aren't getting better and he ain't changing so we won't have to worry about him winning a superbowl. He should be more concerned with trying to finish above .500.
