Yea but he's the head coach and chooses who's gets to be on this team. It all falls on him
With that choice limitation, he resurrected an awful franchise to a super bowl contender. A contender who made the SB twice with two almost completely different teams and two completely quarterbacks who are even close to being Tom Brady or Patrick Mahomes.
He didn't just make the SB, he lead the entire time until it took some fluke plays to happen that no one has control over.
To say he sucks because of some uncontrollable plays is ridiculous and not really thinking rationally
Some fans can't accept losses and need a scapegoat. The HC, QB and refs are the usual ones. Logic doesn't come into play. Emotions rule in sports.
Oh so why do coaches get fired when the team underperforms explain it to me please. I'm beginning to wonder if you guys even know what a head coach is. You obviously dont. I'm not just saying that. Why did Saleh get fired? Let's talk logic lol. Tell me exactly what a HC is and what his role is since you insinuate he has literally nothing to do with the teams performance.
I sincerely hope you're not implying multiple Super Bowl appearances in turning around the previous biggest dumpster fire team in the NFL is under performing.
Kyle is an offensive guy. Despite being 5-5 this year, his offense is still #2. He continues to produce despite the personnel.
People around here act like he doesn't hold coaches accountable. The dude fired Wilks because the guy sucked. The last time special teams cost us this many games, Kyle fired that coordinator too. I expect he does it again. ST coordinator virtually never get fired mid-season. Vrabel did it last year, but not til December. The last time before that that it happened mid-season was Miami in 2010. People are mad he's not doing it now, but that almost never happens this early.
We've lost a bunch of close games almost entirely due to special teams mistakes and TBH, Purdy made some mistakes. I'm not putting a Purdy INT on Kyle, that's just asinine.
Rams was special teams
Cards was special teams, Mason fumble, Purdy INT
Chiefs was Purdy 3 INT in scoring position
Hawks was Purdy INT and defense
Special teams, defense, and QB just making a bad decision..
If you want to fault Kyle for anything, just say he picked the wrong coordinators, which happens.. Now, we wait til after the season for him to correct it. Everything else is just scapegoating him IMO.

He most definitely holds every one else but himself accountable. He is the only on NOT held accountable. We fire a DC for getting us to the SB and holding Mahomes to field goals but you cant even say a negative thing about the actual HC.

So all 3 phases right? Who's fault is that that all 3 phases are losing games? What exactly does a coach do if he doesn't control all 3 phases. Now if it was on phase, sure, but this is the entire TEAM....

You don't get it.. Firing them IS holding himself accountable. It's admitting he was wrong and doing something else.
What else do you actually want him to do? Suspend himself? Tell me. I want to know what you're looking for.

Yes he will show us his greatness by scheming Allen to a win.
Let me hold my breath.

Shany would rather play the less good player with a broken finger. Rather than the better player who isn't injured. Says it all.

I don't get it. Starting a guy with a broken finger? Why? Shanny needs to go

The arrogance of starting the objectively less talented QB is difficult to digest here. He really thinks his playbook trumps all.
