This guy went into this game missing half his starters, and he did not tweak his offense one bit. He went with the same gameplan, same scheme on offense and defense.

One thing I hope Shanny has learned this year is that you need talent on the IOL. Your zone scheme alone isn't going to work

He'll never learn this. The Scheme is supposed to be what makes it easy to IOL.
