It's called Negotiate. Hand him a blank check and almost as much power as Shanahan if that's what it would've taken, even if it's just for a year. In order to become a champion, you need to make bold moves. 49ers under the Yorks are incapable of doing this

KS is wayyyyyyyyyy too stubborn.

CMC isn't fully healed and Mason is a better player at this time.

We all have our opinion on what is wrong and what needs to be improved. I think it all comes down to rebuilding the line on both sides. When Kye and John first came in they concentrated on building the line. Especially the D Line. I don't care how good the QB is or how good the RBs are. You need to open holes and protect Period. On defense you need to penetrate and disrupt or nay offnese id=s going to give you trouble. It's the most basic thing in football. Dominate the line and you will always be in the game even if the skill players aren't great. It's not an easy thing to do in one off season but they need to start doing it.

The Niners used to push teams around on offense and dominate on defense. Now they're getting pushed around.

def need to address both lines but our depth is getting pushed around.. We are not in full strength nor the same team.

he has value, just not sure if he does here. we may need a fresh set of eyes on our problems. we could have Belichick with 2 ones rolling into next year, with no money having to be paid out to kyle and he can return to Cleveland or some other non threatening location.

I think it's time for Kyle to bring a real DC with experience. He needs his own Spags like Andy Reid. Even if he needs to change the whole defensive style to do so. Vic Fangio would've been a good addition. I know Kyle tried to get Bill, which would've been another great addition. Basically, screw trying to develop new DC and just focus on the offense and the rest of the team.
