You basically want to blow it al up. After weeks of talking s**t to posters for not believing in this season and calling them quitters. Now you're on to the other extreme lol
He saw the truth. Whereas some of you guys continue to blame everything else but…
yesterday was one game. but we've been seeing more of the same all season. lucky for us we survived TB, Dallas, and Sea game 1 in the final moments or this could easily be a 2-9 or 3-8 team. The only win we've had convincingly is vs NYJ and even that wasn't a "good time"…
can't keep blaming players, refs, and weather on everything. At some point the head coach has to be held accountable.
I don't know why you're limping me with a certain group lol
ive been calling out these issues since the chiefs game. I knew this season was toast. Best case scenario was probably sneaking into the playoffs due to weak division but not expecting much after that.
I even made a thread of trading some pieces away like C. Ward and trying to build for next year. Many called me quitter etc etc Faithful was one of them. I knew this team had some deep problems that wouldn't get fixed this season.
But, saying all that. I don't think firing Kyle is the way to go. No coach is going to want to come in to follow up what Kyles done. Same thing happened when Harbs got fired. The best we can hope for is Kyle makes some deep changes, like finally bringing in a real established DC. We might have got lucky with up and coming coaches like McDaniel, Saleh, Ryan's, but that seems to ran its course.
I think Kyle has some serious flaws that he needs to address ASAP. Having said that, I think he's resumes has bought him at least two years more before FO should really consider pulling the plug. Like I said, it's going to be tough bringing in another coach to follow up what Kyle has done. Especially with an aging roster that has several holes. (Harbaugh situation all over again)
If that's the case, let Kyle and John try to clean up their mess and if they don't. Then the whole football world can see that they got their fair shot, didn't work out, and Jed's hand was forced. Unlike the Harbaugh debacle, in which no serious coach wanted to touch this org.

Oh snap folks. Kyle sees the urgency of next week's game. He thinks every game is a must win from here on out.
Expect him to surprise the Bills this week by…..
…changing absolutely nothing in the offensive and defensive scheme.

Yep. Barring Kyle going off on a serious bender then calling it quits (quite possible given his appearance recently), Jed will hold true to his BFF and let him dig his own grave. Unfortunately we will have to watch another year of this BS before fans actually come to terms and stop paying for this product. Will he rebuild era post Shanahan. Can't wait !

go ahead Shanafans. Lay it on thick. Acho doesn't know football. He's a career backup guy. Why would you trust his opinion when yours is far superior.
i said all year, that shanny was mismanaging wilks. he was treating wilks like a child, with this ridiculous booth relocation nonsense and chiding him in front of the media on his calls. that was unprofessional. i am sure shanny wouldn't appreciate jed airing his frustrations to media about kyle. meanwhile, the handcuffs were on wilks. he could never run his stuff, which i was interested to see the blitz packages. so you neuter your DC one year, and hire a yes man the next and the results speak for themselves. we went downhill fast. its symptomatic of a guy who wants too much control over every single lil aspect of his operation. so the whole team suffers cuz he can't delegate.
Wilks sucked. Should've made Bill an offer he couldn't refuse
It's called Negotiate. Hand him a blank check and almost as much power as Shanahan if that's what it would've taken, even if it's just for a year. In order to become a champion, you need to make bold moves. 49ers under the Yorks are incapable of doing this
Jed has made and allowed some bold moves. He okayd the Lance trade up and fired the Harbs. Not saying they were smart moves but they were bold lol

undoubtedly his boldest move was firing Harbs and replacing him with a gym teacher and thinking we got this and the 'standard is super bowls'

no one fails at a topic quite as hard as you fail on the Harbs issue. you really must have been a baalke supporter

That was actually Ron Jeremy. Bold move indeed
