Yes, but it is well worth the read.

I missed one last thing.

Starting Allen over Dobbs is definitely stupid. but ok, let's tank the season.

It's a good read. But it's pretty much fantasy.

Hold Kyle accountable?
force him to relinquish power ?
get rid of coach's buddies ?

what alternate universe do you live in ?

Sorenson will go to STs coach. Staley will likely become DC. Kyle will spend the offseason convincing us (and the sheep will buy into his BS) that it was the injuries and lack of execution that did us in. Not his playcalling. Not the coaches.

he's gonna offer to 'run it back', like he has been for the past 8 years. And the dopes will be jumping for joy buying all the jerseys and Niner gear, filling Jeds pockets. Meanwhile you're either going to get another miserable season like this, or some version of 2023 where we get a consolation prize. And the Shanafans will be celebrating about how the dynasty never ended and we're back baby and Kyle is the bestest coach ever.

Kyle and the giant beanstalk.

Kyle will be given a mulligan this year. For those of you who don't play golf, a mulligan is when you play a shot, and it is terrible, and you get to replay the shot without it being added to your scorecard. That is how the 49er brass in Jed York and team will approach this year. But if we have two bad years i.e. this year and next year, Kyle won't be able to convince the people in power that his magic beans can grow a beanstalk into the sky, and the Giant will fall down on Kyle and kill him.

Wait John candy had his dead wife in his suitcase the whole time?

Yeah, did he? Lol changes the whole movie.
No, don't fall for these trolls

he was homeless and lived out of his trunk

The 4K bonus disc of extended scenes is required viewing. Adds more context and it's hilarious.

And why Neal's wife in "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles" was so emotional at the end of the movie. An entire subplot had been cut from the film in which she believed Neal was having an affair and that Del was a woman. When Del and Neal arrived, she realized Del was a man and Neal had been truthful.

For the longest time I always found it so odd why she was so choked up just seeing her husband home from a business trip. His trip was delayed, but she was crying as if he had come back from the dead. When I read this backstory, it all made more sense.

Like he was supposed to be home for Thanksgiving, he often works in another city, and every time he calls his wife he is having to explain some weird delay. At some point who wouldn't think: 'WTF, he should be home, he is days late, and I am just getting one excuse after another and they all sound like b******t'. It was sort of implied she was having trouble believing him.

They left just enough hint of that in the movie. You can plainly guess what was going through Neals wife's mind when he called from Wichita.

And Del's dead wife was in the trunk the whole time!

School of Rock has a similar scene. After the final concert, Joan Cusack gives Jack Black a big, warm hug (and maybe a kiss? I don't recall now). The hug seems odd for the relationship they have in the movie, but it's because there was a romance subplot between them that was mostly cut out.

Never thought KS thread would somehow turn into Rotten Tomatoes lol
Mike "The Rat" Shanahan must be dazed, confused AND sad for son, Kyle...
If you thought watching the Packers game was painful….

Reality will set in this weekend during the Buffalo game that, in the words of Dennis Green, the 49ers are who we thought they were. We will come to terms that the 49ers season had already ended immediately following the Seahawks game…
