Kyle's not perfect. But anyone that finds issues with Kyle would find issues with any HC because none of them are perfect either.

As a manager, would you fire someone who has been a stellar employee for years -- one of the best employees in the company... because they had an underperforming year? Especially if it's not easy to tell if the underperformance was due to being understaffed or for other factors outside their control.

Or would you provide constructive feedback and get them focused on making adjustments to get back into that high performer category?

I am old enough to remember when we fired Steve Mariucci, despite making the playoffs a bunch... which sent us hurling towards a decade of mediocrity. We arguably repeated that same story with Jim Harbaugh. The grass is very rarely greener on the other side.

I get it that people are mad, but Kyle and John just took this team to 2 Super Bowls and multiple NFCCGs.

It's a bad year, and yes there are problems, but knee jerk reactions aren't going to fix those problem

As they showed on the TV graphic.. 37 games missed by Pro Bowl players for us -- most in the NFL. Acting like we've been playing with a great team all year is just being intellectually dishonest.

Conservative Kyle and his love fest for Moody is unmatched, even in the snow.
Kyle doesn't know what to do with an opportunity if he was handed the football.

The depth issue on this team wouldn't be a problem had Kyle not traded THREE FIRST ROUND DRAFT PICKS for Trey Lance.

Best thing that could happen to this fan base is for Kyle to leave and go 0-17 for five straight seasons.
