Brock Purdy is not elite. Josh Allen is pulling his pants down.

I suppose im in this boat now as well

Purdy would be pulling our defenses pants down too. They are garbage

Purdy can't even hold onto the ball.

It's like he has never seen snow before.

Probably has. Ball slipped in rain too and I'm sure he saw rain before that

Jed needs to grow a pair and put the pressure on Kyle after this one. Let him know he's not safe if we continue to get embarrassed on national television. Let him know his seat is hot next year.

Kyle would be an elite HC if he had an elite quaterback. Jimmy G and Brock Purdy just don't cut it.

Andrew Reid only starting winning Superbowls because of Patrick Mahomes.

ELITE QB ???

BILL PARCELLS - did he need an elite QB?

AIR CORYELL - was he an elite HC?

KYLE will never win the big one because he believes in his system too much that he does not care to get any ELITE players..

I'm going to need to see another full season of increasingly lackluster playcalling, with us not making the play offs, before I'm going to board the Fire Kyle train. I'm not ready to make the plunge into being bottomfeeders for another half-decade plus, only if it looks certain that we're going to stay that way with Kyle will I be ok with letting him go, as it stands it will most likely turn out that way if we let him go right now.

If Kyle goes that means we blow it all up.

But if CMC is done for life with that injury, and Ayuick can't come back from his blown knee and Trent Williams is done with his injuries, we might need to blow it all up, Kyle is in trouble because his offense is way too one dimensional.

And Kyle is basically asking Brock Purdy to carry the team.

I think this is reasonable. My emotional side has already picked up the pitch fork though 🤣🤣

lol Kyle shouldn't be fired. He should grow. His coaching style has produced some awesome games and the niners have been one of the best football teams under him. What irks me about him is his refusal to change. We get it Kyle, you have a system that works, but now it doesn't. Different QB, the league has caught on. You need to adapt and we're here for that. I'm rooting for him to with the SB not for us but for him, but for his growth as a coach. Yes it's a bad season but it's not him. Players are demotivated. Anyone who has anything to prove already has but isn't getting the recognition. Honestly each person on the team needs to grow and that's just a part of being a successful franchise. Which the niners already are, even after yesterday's shellacking, no one has said the niners are a bad team. Just the ones who are angry, and they're stupid to think so. I do think that Kyle needs to look inward and find the motivation again, he will come out with schemes that will again force the teams around the league to introspectively again adjust.

He needs to get over his 4th quarter demons and take a breather. Run the ball when needed, put a nail in the coffin when needed. He recognizes that and pushes past that, he is going to go down in history. Take this season to work on your mental state, then ram the the football down the opposing teams next year.

These kind of philosophical adjustments don't happen in the regular season. When they do it's pretty remarkable. We saw Kyle for that in 2021 with Deebo. But usually these are offseason changes, as you build the team to match the philosophy. There was zero reason to shift gears going into this season because it had been so successful the last 1.5 seasons under Purdy. Well, now it isn't, so he'll look to adjust this offseason to counter what happened this year. If that fails we may have reached the end of what Kyle can do for the team, but the proper time to adjust still needs to be given, and that's the offseaaon, not mid-season.

Very true. Our locker room is nothing special at best, and our coaching and play on the field leaves a lot to be desired not just due to injuries. The same issues I have with Kyle now I had with him last year when we were dominating games. There is a middle ground between short term reactionary takes, and refusal to accept the short comings of the current organization.

Dak has led the cowboys to the playoffs 5 times. So long as Dak is leading the cowboys they will never win a Super Bowl.

Sometimes, great isnt good enough, and it's better to start the painful process of moving on earlier rather than later.

Kyle's stats from behind are damning, his play calling in recent years (including last year) is a husk of what it once was. His coaching style has been exposed for only working with an elite group of players. Admittedly Kyle makes players elite, but no matter how good, a coach that can't comeback from behind and doesn't adjust well for injured rosters is a handicap.

Doesn't necessarily mean we need to fire him obviously, but the way our coaching is ran right now will never win a Super Bowl, so something needs to change.

And Brock Purdy isn't helping. He is a pedestrian quarter back. A game manager at best.

And Deebo has been exposed as a Diva of the highest order.

CMC may be done as a player.

Trent Williams is unlikely to come back next year.

Brandon Ayuick may never be as good a WR as he was after blowing his knee.

Nick Bosa's type of injury is one that doesn't go away so there are doubts on how effective he will be going forward.

There is no magic wand..

The San Fransisco 49er franchise is at the crossroads, staring down the abyss.

We are terrible and constantly thrashed.

This once proud franchise is back on their knees again.

Who cares this team is playing sloppy and that should never be acceptable with spares, backups or otherwise

If this team quit on KS, then why is Fred playing with a broken bone in his ankle? He could have shut it down already.

Why did Mooney come back? Why is BPD working to get back?

CMC was running hard tonight before the injury.... guess he also didn't get that memo.

They call them performance bonuses

You have never even seen or read their contracts nor do you have any clue as to what specific performance bonuses they may or may not have or if they are attainable.

You are simply throwing s**t at the wall in hopes that something sticks.
Arch Manning can save Shanahan!
Genius needs a top 3 defense to be an elite offense! You were suppose to help your sorry defense this season
