Enough is enough.
He has had his chances and failed miserably.

they wont fire him they paid him for a few more years already. i do think changes are needed with his roles.
Defence is missing Hargrave, Hufanga, Greenlaw, and Bosa

Offense is missing Willaims, Ayuick and CMC for most of the game.

Thats like $120 million a year in salary cap.

you don't get to two SBs and 4 NFCCGs by luck

Yeah he's had the most stacked team in the league... and hell maybe in history when it came to offense. For us to be able add CMC to all our other weapons was a cheat code. And yet, Kyle's ego/stubbornness would get in the way of properly using all that talent to blow teams out each week.

News flash: We're already there.

Oh no, we are definitely not there yet. This can get much, much worse. This is far more like 2020 than it is 2015 or 2016. At worse I'll give you 2014.

2014 we went .500 after starting 7-4, we're not getting anywhere near that this year.
I think having 4 DC's in 5 years really took a toll on the identity of this team. They were about being a blitz/pressure package unit with demeco and Salah, then a zone coverage team with Wilks and Soreson.

Injuries aside we're just not using our defense the way it could be utilized.

It's a team game. Only so much blame can be placed on that side of the ball before it's readily apparent that the offense isn't scoring, special teams has been mediocre, at best, and in-game coaching adjustments is 💩. Playing not to lose catches up eventually.

2014 in terms of vibes. That season had bad vibes similar to this season.

We need coaches with fire. Can Kyle rebuild the whole staff in one offseason?

He could start by replacing the DC and take it from there.

and our offense was able to move the ball giving the defense quality chances.. this year we get to watch the defense be on the field more. That's never good

The vibe hit when ownership decided to pick a fight with it's HC in public, at least Jed's learned from that one

they didn't blitz with demeco

They blitzed more than they do now.

Our defense has also been one to get gassed towards the end of the game so not new. The final drive losses are so irritating but so are the 3rd and 4th conversions throughout the rest of the game.

Our offense sputters in the 2nd half leading to no points, bad field position for defense, and defense getting gassed from too many plays. The defense will hold stout then just fall apart. Sorenson doesn't disguise anything and we get exploited. It's a two fold issues

I don't know if we can really blame the defense. They have averages < 20 points per game. The fact that the offense can't score more than 20 with all of our all pro players is the most concerning takeaway.

Correct. They just had a good rate of blitzes getting home under Demeco. They didnt run that many.
