right?
You should consider keeping some of those thoughts in your head 👍🏻
Get outta here with the sirianni Kyle comparison. You couldn't get further apart than these 2. Sirianni is a figurehead and Kyle is the entire front office. I'd bet you today that next year will be just as bad as this year. It's so Friggin obvious!

i ask the question are we getting better or worse. right now we are getting worse. it will take some vision to probably remake the roster, which means cutting ties with juice and others.
are we at full strength and just can't win?
What's worse?
49ers can't win with half the team injured or
49ers can't win when everyone is healthy

The apologists are out in full force today. Peddling the same fear based arguments for keeping a declining coach who is leading this organization into the tank. Don't worry. Your boy has one more year to inflict further damage to the franchise. If you think this year is bad, wait for next year.

As it stands today, might as well keep Kyle and be mediocre than take a chance that Jed can hire someone good and probably really suck for the forseeable future.
in my perfect world we moved on from Kyle after the Super Bowl last year. At that time we were probably the number one destination for any coach worth his salt. Welp, didn't happen. Que sera sera………..
Your dislike is plain. Who would have replaced him in your perfect world?

Keep telling yourself that. Injuries are one thing but you can't explain away the mental mistakes, poor game management, blown leads and scheme staleness. How about personnel decisions? Lets get real.. we have significant issues that he has not been able to solve or even show progress towards solving.

You can probably say half the teams were better this year and half were worse. Same every year. Are the Chiefs better or woese? Their record says better but wathcing them says they're worse.

It's the humiliation tour, not the revenge tour.
The 49ers missed on every draft pick other than Purdy from 2022 and 2023. 2021 draft wasn't good either. We also Traded 3 firsts for Trey.
This is the result. Time to say goodbye to some of the core players who clearly aren't the same and production isn't matching their pay.
Our window has passed with this group. Last year was our best shot and now we are falling back down to earth. I would seriously take calls on any of our players at this point maybe besides Bosa and Kettle.

that's the reality. one window shuts and we gotta unload much of this team. it will be a new team built around brock, but have to cut spending overall due to the contract. some easy ones would be trent retires, we move on from deebo, juice and hargrave departs at some point. draft some guys to play edge vs pay a ton of FA dollars.

It seems like players get injured more in Shanny's offense than in others. Too many sweeps and plays that require receivers and RBs to manage that first level, rather than big o-lineman busting holes open and leading the way.
It's the terrible drafts from 2022-2023. With the picks they had, they drafted a bunch of JAGS which created even more issues that they are seeing today.
As you say, it is the Trey Lance trade coming back to haunt us. All those missed first round picks and no depth at most positions.

They need to just regroup and rest up to get ready for next year. Kyle needs to tell Jed to give Saleh a blank check to return and they must hit on that 1st rd pick, they legit can lose the remainder of the games with the injuries and horrific coaching this year. This can be another somewhat fortunate bounce like 19' being able to take Bosa picking that high

Old, injured team with no new talent to replace them. You look across the entire league at the successful teams and see how they constantly replenish old talent with new…. And then you have the Niners who constantly invest in old decrepit players because "you know what you're getting" with them. I'm sick of it dude, same s**t over and over just praying that Kyle Shanahan hits on some gem in the 5th round.
CMC has PCL. Mason now injured with high ankle sprain. Lol. RB by committee. Now there is no Committee.

Kittle may not want to stay. He wants a ring and he won't get it here. Bosa probably cares more about the $ than rings so we may be stuck with him but as teams start looking at playoffs pushes next year and the 49ers again have a losing record we may be able to trade him to a contender looking to add a game wrecker to their lineup for playoffs.
