He's responsible for the bad contracts, the overpayment and this crappy staff and/or letting Kyle do it his way even when it's not working. The Purdy situation looms large. Time to find out what kind of organization builder Lynch is.

Lynch isn't responsible for contracts and definitely isn't above Kyle in the organizational hierarchy.

Were we fully healthy in that SB?

i'm not doing your game. health is always the excuse with you. just terrible. the reality is no team has a monopoly on health. every team has to have a next man up mentality and adapt to injury. that tests your depth. it's a part of the pro game. not an excuse. or else every team has an excuse every season.
exactly, keep riding that BS express..

Kittle injured, Couldn't even lift his arm
Deebo Hamstring, couldn't even run
Feli, Torn pec couldn't finish the game
Greenlaw torn ACL

Huge Key pieces to the 49ers in one game and not some stupid next man up quote would erase how big those losses were

dude this is after 20 weeks of insane speed tackle nfl football. pretty sure there will be some attrition. if you go back to that game, i think everyone was FP going into it.. meaning full practice. that's as good as you can realistically get. you could do 100 years of the shanny era and you will never see a truly injury free season. get real man.

yeah we were healthy pretty much the whole season and it's why we were in the SB, but what does the week or weeks before have to do with players getting injured in the game?

you think losing Kittle, deebo, Feli and Dre in the game had no impact.. lol.. talk about getting real.

you are asking for a perfectly healthy regular season and postseason and super bowl. do you hear yourself? no team has that advantage. that doesn't help your argument. if kyle needs some absurd every player is dipped in adamantium team to win, never happening dude.

To pick who, a kicker or RB?

We don't do well with top picks.

Handling contracts is literally in his job description.

I think they may have finally learned, really. I expect a number of picks OL including first round. I've said I think Trent is done (not physically) and with the loss of twins I think it pushes him over. He has more than enough money for an awesome life. It looked he wasn't always into it at times.

I think they've settled on Brock and now will focus all resources OL. Look at Josh Allen last night. All the time in the world with one of the best OL in football. Even if he is 6`4" 240. They get it.

I guess we will find out.

You might think it's a general manager's job but Paraag is the top guy here.

No..because Lynch is s**t in early rounds.

Brock is not the answer in the long term, IMO
