How blind do you have to be to not see the talent difference between Lance and Williams? Williams is an exceptional talent when it comes to throwing the ball. He has a lot of work to do in other aspects of the position, and Kyle would be an ideal fit for him.

This makes zero sense. I watched nearly every game Lance played in college at NDSU. They treated him like a fullback that could throw the football in a very run heavy offense. Lance was a heavy volume runner and not a guy who was ever shy about contact of any kind.

He and Williams are absolutely nothing alike as QBs.

Caleb Williams is not Kyle's QB of choice. Hes not Mac Jones, who Kyle wanted over Trey Lance. He's not Kirk cousins. He's not Brock Purdy. He's not Jared Goff.

Caleb and Lance aren't anywhere close to being the same player. I follow the Trojans. Besides their skin color they aren't similar at all.

I merely brought up Lance to say how Kyle would probably use him. As a battering ram. Cause Kyle is a QB idiot.

All off-season sucked. Vibes were off all year. Never once did the team seem to hit its stride. We continue to lose games the same way.

That SB loss was a culture shaking loss. Not culture breaking... but culture shaking.

Kyle drafting Trey Lance at the cost that he did and then playing him when he clearly wasn't ready in an effort to develop him pretty much blows a hole in your theory.

Elite QB's are hard to find. Solid game manager types are easier to find and can excel in Kyle's system.

Lance was used as a battering ram in college.

They ran him up the middle constantly. He was used pretty similarly to Taysom Hill as a runner. Lance in college was Greg Roman's QB wet dream.

Trade him to some scrub team for all their picks for two years.

Id take some guy off the street + double the early round picks for multiple years over a known commodity at this point.

Dudes had 8 years and hasn't gotten it done. He looks farther than ever this year.

Reload with the panthers firsts second and thirds for two years and we could be back in contention with a potential non stubborn non choker of a head coach.

I am asking you seriously cause I don't know. Was that Chicago game in the rain, the one where Lance was used as a battering ram and got hurt, your saying he was used correctly by Kyle?

no dude, he used lance like that cuz lance didn't know jack about being a pro QB. meanwhile, williams was considered a generational type passer. trey was more a block of clay that they thought had traits they could mold into something. now if you want to make your case, make it as why did we take lance in the first place. that would be a case to make.

Go fire him in Madden and maybe it'll make you feel better.
