For as smart as he is perceived, he is a terrible in game manager. His debacle of not knowing the SB OT rules is fireable itself. He challenges calls that he shouldn't. His teams have a tendency of being second half chokers. His end of half clock management is terrible too.

Just an overrated head coach. Horrible leader/preparation. Lack of attention to detail. Horrible at making tough decisions when the bullets are flying.

He has a ring lol. Any one of you would trade McVay's tenure in LA for Kyle's in SF. McVay is an elite SB winning coach. Kyle is 0-2 in SBs and has as many losing seasons in SF as he has winning ones. 😂
