No this game was on Shanahan and the offense, but I'm not ready to fire him like the rest of you whiners.
I'm not ready to fire him...he has earned another year...but if next year is like this year, his seat will be getting hot for sure.
I guarantee you next season will be a winning season. No way he goes through another season like this one.

If they sacked Kyle would they keep Lynch as GM?

Lynch wouldn't stay.

Not the new genius, innovator on the block any more. Game has evolved and he won't.

It's time to move on from Kyle. It's just not working anymore.

I'm not a fire kyle guy but I think if you get an offer from the bears or whatever you have to consider it

For sure. And I disagree with Kyle. Just because your family likes it here in the Bay Area does not make this a good coaching fit.

Guerendo is better running from 11 personnel but Shanny wanted to use his washed FB

He hasn't done his job since the Baltimore game.
In the 2 playoff wins he got bailed for the players and mistakes from the Packers and Lions and we know what he did in the Super Bowl.

He is underperforming just like his team. We have many holes and problems to fix. At this point it would not matter who is coaching. We have a talent gap. We are older, slower and starting to get used to losing. Let's see what he does in the offseason and next year. He is not going to get fired before the end of next season.. maybe he turns it around .. I doubt it but maybe.

One of the most disgusting game plans I've ever seen by a head coach. To put placating a guy ahead over the team is insulting to the team and the fan base.
