Kyle has been here 8 years. He will now have his 4th losing season. Not exactly a history of excellence. I know people think he is great but his record says otherwise. Next year will be a big year for him and the team. Half his time here we are under .500. With a lot of talent, its inexcusable. Sure injuries play a role but others find a way to win while we invent new ways to lose under him.

He took over a 2-14 team. Even a hybrid of Bill Walsh, Vince Lombardi, Bill Belichick and Bear Bryant wasn't winning right away considering the state of the roster.
Since 2019 he's had 1 losing season and four conference championship and 2 SB appearances. This might be his second losing season since and just like 2020, it's during a badly injury plagued year. If he and the team bounce back next year and make another playoff run then there's no issue.

Like I said it's a big year for him and the team in 25. This will be his second losing year in the last 5. He has blown 2 Superbowls. I won't compare him to Andy Reid because he is not in his league. Mcvay is a better comparison and he falls short of his division rival. Kyle is a middle of the pack coach who is declining and it's rubbing off on his team. Time to move on. It just sucks we have to wait for him to tank again next year before the start of rebuilding this franchise. I can't wait.

correct.
Firing people has become such a knee jerk entitled social media generation concept.
If you applied the same rule to most people that posted here their employer would fire them too.

I'm obviously sour on Shanny but I want to make it clear that I do not feel he should be fired. He has every right to be back for another year to right the ship. Now if we come back next year and struggle it's time to start talking but not right now.

Agree 100. I'm not happy with his performance this year, but this year has been a s**t year in every aspect. I think anyone would have difficulty finding success with all the s**t that has gone on.
Let's get a normal year under our belt before we discuss canning the coach

This team could very well be 8-6 if not for the typical 4th quarter blunders. The way we played against Chicago is how this team should be consistently playing. That is the difference between well coached and some of these other games imo. Thing is, we were completely dominating the Rams week 3 then gave it away. Same thing for Arizona, then Seattle...
They all had the same things in common. Mistakes and poor execution... To me that is on the coaching but as I said, he does at the very least deserve another off-season and free agency.
