Those close game losses to the Rams, Cards and Seahawks really came back to haunt us In the end. Games, we could have, and should have probably won.

Say we won those games, how would people feel.

Same mistakes, injuries, etc. are still happening. We would be in the same position we are now, but with a winning record

He took over a 2-14 team. Even a hybrid of Bill Walsh, Vince Lombardi, Bill Belichick and Bear Bryant wasn't winning right away considering the state of the roster.

Since 2019 he's had 1 losing season and four conference championship and 2 SB appearances. This might be his second losing season since and just like 2020, it's during a badly injury plagued year. If he and the team bounce back next year and make another playoff run then there's no issue.
Even during the beginning of the season when there wasn't a ton of injuries this team was mid. I'm tired of people using the injury excuse. This isn't the same as it was in 2020 when you had to account for covid too. Kyle has had his "real deal" at QB for all but one game this year. There's no excuse for why this team is mediocre and 6-8 rn especially when you still have playmakers on offense.

Let's see we lost our starting:
center
RB
RB2
LB2
Safety
1st round draft pick

then having to also start out with a
half assed LT
half assed WR1

but let's pretend like there was nothing wrong at the start and all other crap that happened during the season also

I assume they would feel much better, If only for a short time

The excitement of competing for a playoff birth Is still better than not being In the hunt all together.

but how crazy is it that a couple of wins would erase all the BS going on in this thread

Remember when the Packers won in SB 45 ? 16 players on IR that year and they played the SB without one of their best receivers and DB for a good chunk of the game and still WON.

good teams and coaches know how to overcome adversity. Our head coach is apparently one superstar injury away from being a dud. Couldn't win a SB despite going into both games with a loaded roster.

lol. Ok now do the Super Bowl. When Kyle went in with a loaded roster (best in the league) facing the worst iteration of the Chiefs to boot. Explain away the loss by blaming injuries and not the coaching….😂

I'd still be saying clearly we have to draft better and make better personnel decisions because even if we are 10-4 we have looked sketchy.

John Lynch needs to take responsibility. If Kyle is pulling the strings, Lynch needs to go and we need a GM with balls.

yes, this season was a failure, from beginning to end. Flush it and move on. They will learn from it, hopefully. If they don't, well that is another story.

From what I can remember, if they would've benched Yiadom, Brown, Campbell and Bell they might've had a chance to win all those games.

f**k I forgot about bell. This season has been such a disaster that seems like a lifetime ago
