yeah and kyle enabled deebo who was community noted to have all these drops to drop another one. not a great moment. it was putting deebo ahead of the team. deebo should have been in street clothes watching any other receiver house that one. maybe we are still playing meaningful football but kyle clearly believed in deebo and kyle was wrong. my 2 cents. i could have told you (and did) after the SB that deebo is not a thing anymore he is pretty garbage in terms of his game.
edit - i guess if you are scoring at home on that play
kyle gets an A for a open WR
kyle gets an F for it being deebo
kyle gets another F for deebo being in uniform after putting his teammates embarrassingly on blast when it is he who sucks
deebo gets many Fs
it doesn't even feel like the rams beat us, kyle didn't handle the deebo situation remotely correct.
LOL
only one laughing about this is our rivals and the rams. we are in last place, deebo sucks and we went down trying to feed him like he's prime TO. he isn't. shouldn't have been active. i'd have suspended him twice, once for slapping his teammate and once for social media stupidity. suspend or bench whatever is easiest.
He had 7 targets.

he tackled IG. he had the first play of the game, and he got clamped by witherspoon. he rocked out of his stance and drew a foul. he had the most egregious drop i can recall since ronnie bell and deebo is worse due to his saying oh i'm not the problem, everyone else is stance. he's slow and has stonehands. and an attitude and he hits guys saying 'lock in'. it's a total joke. he should have had the whole team whupping his ass on TNF telling him the same. well really, he shouldn't have played. you don't get to blast your squad on social media and it's nonchalant. but that requires some leadership.

i'll be very happy when deebo is a former 49er, he served us well and right now he's just brutal on and off the field he's a problem alright.

He's exaggerating but if his point was that deebo has played like absolute dogs**t all year and hasn't done anything to justify game planning him so heavily….. I agree 100

LIKE STRAIGHT f**kING DELUSION WHEN IT COMES TO OUR FANBASE! I'VE HAD TO DEAL WITH THAT s**t FOR SO MANY YEARS WHEN ALEX WAS THE QB! I'M SORRY BUT THAT s**t f**kS WITH YOU AFTER A WHILE. Just straight dumb and the mods and other fans accept it. Ridiculous.
"and his 3rd time reaching 20+ mph this season (tied for 3rd-most in the NFL)."
Deebo Samuel reached a top speed of 20.90 mph on his 76-yard TD reception, his fastest speed since Week 14, 2019 and his 3rd time reaching 20+ mph this season (tied for 3rd-most in the NFL).

i challenge you to pull up the SB film, JTO version and watch the whole thing on deebo. yeah if you give him the entire field and everyone falls down he can build up speed, like on kick returns he can build up some speed
and to add on, 20+mph isn't all it's made out to be, you're using advanced stats to say look he's running with the speed of daniel jones (jones came in at 21.23 mph)

That was a great play but it was 1 catch. Out of how many snaps? And that 1 catch represents 13% of his entire receiving yardage this season. PFF doesn't mean everything but they have him rated in the bottom half of the WRs of the league this season. And those guys love Deebo.

You need to go get checked.
Deebo does have good acceleration. It's why screen passes have worked in the past (now teams are selling out on the short s**t because they don't respect us to pop them deep)... why he's able to run away from people when they are in arms length away from tackling him.
And yeah Daniel Jones IS fast. I pointed that out years ago and got laugh at here. He has a long stride as well. Deebo is obviously quicker. But if they had a race, Jones might catch him down the field... then trip over his own feet.
Also you're nuts if you think 20+ mph isn't fast, especially with pads on.

No, teams are tackling Screenbo with ease now because he doesn't have any power anymore after slimming down with his retarded attempt to do "speed training."
Screenbo's problem is he simply isn't a wide receiver. He is literally the worst route runner in the history of professional football...certainly that I've seen try to play wide receiver. I've seen many preseason games with guys who were cut, and I've never seen a player run routes as bad as Screenbo.
Screenbo holds the offense back.

I've avoided you because you obviously have some other type of agenda on this forum...but you quoted me so...
You say stuff like this to others..
That's because you've only been watching football since 2018.
I have been watching football dating back to 1977. I also study it obsessively. You have no clue what you're talking about.
And I have to ask, in the last 30 years of 9er football and the internet, where have you been posting? Under what user name? You just *joined* this forum less that three weeks ago (Joined:Nov 25, 2024). I'm just curious to glance at your past posts, and opinions.
