Harbs and Payton are both leaps better than ks. His idea of adjusting to teams who have figured him out is to grow a mustache. Enough said. Look at what Denver is developing into…the turnaround with the chargers is also impressive. Next year will be very interesting. It's his make or move the hell on year with us. We are stuck with him for at least one more year. Deebo running plays, stupid timeouts, growing a pair, playing the hot hand and maybe teaching your team to not kill drives with boneheaded penalties are some of the issues I hope he addresses. He likely will not address those issues and he will continue to ignore the oline and he won't add real coaching assistants He is not ready to admit he needs all that. run it back Kyle is what we will get and we will still be talking about the need for new blood next year.. I suspect more fans will be ready to ship him out though.

maybe preseason 2025 we can hash this all out
the only thing that both Harb and Pay share that is better than KS, is that they both bail on their teams when they turn them into s**t

Unless you were asleep, you knew that Harbaugh was all but fired before the 2014 season began.

Jed, Paraag, and Baalke imploded a winning coaching staff because they couldn't get out of their own way.
maybe kyle should try changing his players so we dont run the deebo runningback kittle play action offense anymore mixed with sometimes throw it to jennings on 3rd downs.

also CMC centric offense is kinda lame with deebo kittle jennings derp-y play action chunk plays.

i think the guy we should've drafted is that fast 4.22 speed rookie wide receiver the chiefs drafted. some more elusiveness and fluidity/speed instead of marshawn lynch clone at runningback or a whole bunch anquan boldin types being YAC bruisers

nope, Harb was already meeting with Mich before the 2014 season. He did what he had to do, to get let go

Nope, Harbs was undermined by Jed and the bros and fired mid season.

It was well reported before the season that he'd be out no matter the result. The team took calls to trade him as well.

Beyond the multiple reports probably the most obvious giveaway was Jed, in his infinite hubris, tried to come out and sell that it was a 'mutual parting' paired with his other BS about 'winning with class' and only raising Super Bowl banners. The cherry on top being the hiring of an incompetent company man who wouldn't challenge the FO as Harbaugh did, after a sham interview process (very similar to Baalke's hiring).

It was a joke and Jed was rightfully crushed for it.

a HC to give up is pretty bad and classless. Harb wanted out and made it to be a mutual feeling for everyone

As for the hiring process, do you remember who were the candidates? Jimmy Tomsula was a placeholder

Lol. Not remotely close to substantiating what you said, or discrediting what is well known information at this point.

Of course he was checked out in any case. He was being fired. Front office was willing to sabotage a season for their F grade plan following it.

what's not substantiating ?

Everything started from that point.

Not even close, lol. It's not a meeting with Michigan either… it's a wedding. I'd suggest reading that excerpt instead of creating something that isn't there, and doesn't discredit what happened here anyway.

It takes a special level of willful ignorance to think Jim didn't want to be here and Jed would describe that as a 'mutual parting' and subsequently get slammed for years. What he did was transparent.

We should probably move on as this is only tangentially related to the current state of the franchise.

i did read it. read others a long time ago also, you didn't as you don't know who was on that boat.

What's ignorant is thinking it's all jed when harb wanted out with all his antics in 2014. I mean, you can say no all you want, but can you provide anything in 2013 that leads to your opinion.

First of all I'd say the first signs of discontent stretched back to the 2012 draft, but the trade with Cleveland that fell through was reported in February '14… months before this wedding.

I don't think it was all Jed either. Harbaugh is a grating personality who couldn't coexist with the non accountability bros and the 'GM'.

I don't think the structure of the team is actually very different now, other than Kyle was able to parlay more control than Jim ever had due to the state of the franchise at the time of his hire. It's worked great because he's highly competent and can get along with the two guys who are never going away.

this is all how you view it.. even when that rumor was called false and ridiculous. even Jim Harbaugh has never said anything about it.

I gave you actual evidence.. but it's all good. i just wanted to clear the air
