It is a cherry picked stat/split, I agree...but "the other side of this one" is the same cherry picked thing and it's silly to use that to disprove the cherry pickiness of the stat itself.

If you look at Dom capers, his "other side" record is like 50-23. And yet he only had one winning season. So I dunno what this proves besides that teams that are losing by slightly over a td with xp in the fourth quarter typically lose and teams on the other side typically win.

Yeah I'd like to see this stat going back to 1960. Why start at 1991? We need more than 33 year sample size.
i'm talking about the other side of that cherry picked kyle stat, when not trailing by 8+

I gotta give it to you ATT; you been working hard to defend everything this season. That one is pathetic, just keep it real lol. ATT is like the Lombardi of NT

at a certain point you have to sit back in awe of his abilities
If Shanahan wins either of the these last 2 games,he's an absolute idiot.

Or maybe he's part of the problem. He had MVP Matt Ryan the year they lost the SB as well. Of course, you'll respond by saying Matt Ryan = Jimmy G.

Matt Ryan was a good, but not elite, QB who had one of the greatest seasons of all time with Kyle.

I blame the Falcons defense more than their offense for losing that SB. That fantastic offense was the only reason they had the success they had that season. Did they make mistakes in the SB… of course they did.

They lost bc Kyle s**t the bed. That's not just Niner talk. Go watch any football analysis they always bring up Shanahan floundering on offense in that game when all he had to do was run out the clock. He was a big part of that epic collapse and he did it again vs KC a few years later…

We really do....He did give me hope this season and trust me emotions were high.

I don't give a crap what other fans and media types who cater to those fans think. They will consistently look to the low hanging fruit without any serious analysis. They say inane s**t like 'I LIVE in NY, so I can accurately speak for all Bills fans', lol.

Kyle's offense made mistakes and couldn't put the game away. Their defense couldn't get a single stop and gave up multiple TDs and two point conversions in less than a half. It was a team wide collapse.

*I mean FFS you can't even analyze a simple play like Brock's interception from yesterday.*

What some people don't know is that Foerester, while not the play caller, is essentially our OC.. A job he's terrible at in terms of helping the game plan. He's definitely no Kubiak or McDaniel.

Only in the last 5-6 years with Mahomes' 2019 playoff run do people expect an 8+ point 4th quarter lead to be commonly overcome (even though two of those three games were comebacks earlier than the 4th quarter). Thing is, it rarely is for anybody. I just looked up Bill Walsh's record over 10 seasons when down 8+ in the 4th quarter. It was 2-31 in the regular season and 0-5 in the playoffs. Teams usually lose when down 8+ in the 4th. Who knew?

I went to chatgpt to prove you wrong. ChatGPT agrees with you….fml

His job is literally to win games not try to lose them. Only an absolute idiot would intentionally try to lose games. Kyle will do everything he can to try and get this team to win those last two games.

I'm rooting for my 49ers to win our last two games.

Thank you. Pretty much sums up all the Kyle fans in a nutshell. Don't give a s**t what other nfl pundits, gurus, coaches, etc say because I KNOW Kyle is right.

That's not what I said. i said I don't give a crap what fans and media types who cater to those fans think.

Besides, Kyle Shanahan has a very good reputation around the league, genius. The fact that you make comments like this, and the Bills one I exampled earlier, just shows a complete lack of thoughtfulness.
