and brock purdy will look like crap again

and aiyuk is our only real receiver. jennings is doing what that blocker kittle should be doing

"If"?

We need to just start preparing right now to assume that he's going to be injured. Kyle better get it through his mindset that he needs more than one RB and also realize that he can't kill that RB by using him on almost every play.

Ricky Pearsall at 4.41 and Jacob Cowing 4.38 is slow?

We need more than one running back? That's a point. Christian McCaffrey, Jordan Mason, Elijah Mitchell, Isaac Guerendo, and possibly Israel Abanikanda. Hmm, last time I checked 5 running backs is more than one running back. If they ALL get injured, though, the restrictions on roster size kind of have a negative impact. Of course some posters here will blame Shanahan and some will blame Purdy regardless.

All these complaints about Kyle's offense are silly. Just last year they had the best offense in the league and were one play away from winnng it all. Now it's trash? You don't think it has anything to do with so many key players being out?

Yup. And I believe we were top two in offense up to what week eight or nine? With all those injuries and the offensive line playing sub par in run blocking and especially pass blocking?

I see your point that Kyle's offense is not trash. My thought is that Kyle's record in making comebacks, and his record of holding on to leads, Is trash, and really better than absolutely nobody. I don't think he has a feel for how other teams will react and change when they become desperate, especially in big games, and he doesn't know how to anticipate and counter that. His weakness is not his offense. His weakness imo is that he runs his offense and doesn't make adjustments on the fly well and he's not a head coach in really every way other than creating an offense.

In game adjustments seem to be his weakness. That's where another offensive assistant might be of some help.
I'm sure there some things that could be adjusted, but not sure it's with the scheme. Guys are still open. Run game? Defenses know to just blow up the interior.

The only adjustments i see is OL personnel. Injuries took a toll and there's no starters that we can just grab that's available. It's abnormal year and just need to play with the cards we are dealt with.

I agree with all of you. He's not great with clock Management, or playing from behind, however, a lot of that would be fixed if we just had a better pass protecting offensive line. We definitely have the quarterback that could make the throws with accuracy, anticipation, and his uncanny ability to scramble and make plays out of nothing and avoid tons of sacks. I hope Kyle realizes in order to move forward as an offense and win a SB we need a better line, plain and simple.

Moody is back and Sorensen is also probably back next season. That's all you need to know about Kyle's willingness to make changes.

Enjoy irrelevance, Shannafans.

I would hope that Kyle Is smart enough to do what Is best for the team and that Is to replace them both.

2025 Is our year.

Jed is going to ask questions. I don't think it's a guarantee Kyle is the coach next season. He's going to need to convince Jed, who thinks like a fan.
