Kyle needs to go. He hasn't improved in any way as a coach in 6 years

Do you think this miserable season had anything to do with major injuries to key players. Not just any player but the reigning OPOY. Their best WR. Their top O loneman. Three of the backup RBs. Several other players missing 2 or 3 games here and there. That's just on offense. Still they're 9th in total yards per game (less than one yard behind Buffalo) and 7th in passing yards per game.

Those SB gaffe's are unacceptable.

The two names I listed here would be the only two I would even consider replacing Kyle if that were the circumstances

What gafes. Last year it was that muffed punt tht turned the game around and gave new life to the Chiefs. That wasn't Kyle's fault. In th other SB the defense collapsed in the 4th quarter and JG couldn't get a pass off as KC D line overwhelmed him.

Two times both against the Chiefs, he was unaware of the rules, and it cost us. Last year, should never have gave them a chance to come back. Those are on him, plus other questionable decisions as his time here as the HC.

6 probowlers that have played a majority of the season. 6... That's more than most teams have.

Lol notice how ExcusesEverySecond can't even give me a single postive of Shanny this year and he intentionally cut it out? He doesn't add anything but says "read my post" lol. I did. You literally can't even give me a single player who's improved.

Ouch

Pretty hard to argue with that list.

People defend Kyle because of injuries, but give him a pass on relying on the same guys that get injured every year instead of going forward with the idea that those guys he's relying on better have backups in place that can fill the roles because at some point those players (starters) are going to miss games.

Kyle/Lynch either pass on players in positions of need for other players that are not need positions, or they rely on players with proven injury problems.

That's proven to be their weakness. To make it worse, the one year they get a (mostly) healthy roster at the end of the season, Kyle blows a game he had won and it costs the franchise another Super Bowl.

At some point Kyle needs to change his approach.

He's a consistent CHOKER in the big games. Some just refuse to see it or acknowledge it.

That's also him. I think Shany and probably Lynch also need to go. You can't miss this consistently in the 1st and 2nd round. Plus three 1st rounders for Lance. It's why we are in this mess. The Lions consistently pick high offensive and defensive line and it's why they are great. We just ignore it and pretend it doesn't matter at all. It's unreal.

Are the 48ers suppose to hit on every draft pick? So far they have come outta the draft with one or two good players every season. Thats pretty damn decent to good. Funny how no one really brings up Harbaugh's drafts with the 9ers, 9ers haven't missed as bad as his 2012 draft, one of the worst in 49ers history.

Harbaugh didn't have the power Kyle does. These are Kyle drafts. Those were Baalke drafts

You can't hit on them all. But you should hit on some. The argument that other teams miss doesn't hold weight. Because if you weighted it more heavily to 1st and 2nd round I think we are among the worst. The amount of busts and gaffs is just unbelievable. Three 1st rounders for Lance. Pearsall instead of McConkey. Drake Jackson, Javon Kinlaw, Dante Pettis, Solomon Thomas, Reuban Foster.

Not exactly great in the early rounds. It's how we got in this mess. You got to hit on some of those high up picks. Potential blue chip picks.

Those were all Harbaugh drafts. It was Harbaugh who chose Kaepernick, AJ Jenkins, LaMichael James, Marcus Lattimore and so on. Google it, Jim Harbaugh had say in 49ers drafts.

For sure. I'd rather continue to not make the playoffs than go the NFCCGs and SBs just to lose. Was more enjoyable before Kyle got here… bring back Chip Kelly.

He had say and backed all picks and players. Baalke was the guy in charge and they were his drafts. Kyle is the guy in charge now and these are his drafts

Kyle sucks at drafting. Remember when he drafted Marcus Lattimore? A dude closer to losing his leg than ever playing in the NFL.
