Pretty hard to argue with that list.
People defend Kyle because of injuries, but give him a pass on relying on the same guys that get injured every year instead of going forward with the idea that those guys he's relying on better have backups in place that can fill the roles because at some point those players (starters) are going to miss games.
Kyle/Lynch either pass on players in positions of need for other players that are not need positions, or they rely on players with proven injury problems.
That's proven to be their weakness. To make it worse, the one year they get a (mostly) healthy roster at the end of the season, Kyle blows a game he had won and it costs the franchise another Super Bowl.
At some point Kyle needs to change his approach.
