After 8 years and falling back to 500 as a head coach. Can't take white privilege out of a man

Omg stop it. Went to multiple SBs and NFCCs the past 5 seasons. We're running out guys like Charlie Heck right now.

OTC says they have $117M APY on IR right now. Only Dallas has more

Lost multiple SB's and NFCC's in the past year. These things carry merit.

Come on.

you don't take the foot off the gas, however in Cleveland they are seeing what DTR can do (answer, not much). also in Dallas they are shutting down Lamb. so key guys with some injury you may want to shut down. so it's a time to do assessments and that's what shanny was talking about. i liked pearsall last night. he's getting confidence as we go into next season.
Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch will be back with the San Francisco 49ers next year after a disappointing 2024 season, according to team owner Jed York.

It's also hard to get to the NFCC. Both SB were lost to Mahomes......I hear you but on the flip side not to many coaches/teams had been at all.

I am because this was never even in question, no matter how much b***hing and whining goes on in these threads. Kyle and John are not going anywhere anytime soon.

Shany gets you lots of "almost wins". Especially in the NFC Championship Game and Super Bowl. Certainly even with leads.

Kyle ain't going anywhere anytime soon, so you might as well get over it and find something better to do.

One can hope for a better future someday.

As long as Shanahan has personnel control on top of his subpar coaching, this franchise is not going to get back anytime soon

Seems like an odd judgement considering how fast they turned the roster around in a complete rebuild situation.
