Perhaps why are we having to do it AGAIN? After 8 years is the better question.

Because players get older and teams' windows tend to not last long periods of time, with extremely rare exception. We have had a 5 year window for SB contention as the result of their rebuild.

Coach JIM HARBAUGH never had a losing season in the NFL. Andy Reid wins consistently. I don't see them lose 4/8 seasons like Shany. The guy is just not as great or irreplaceable as you guys claim. He's very mid at best and even a CHOKER in the big games.

Are they tho? The OL has been a problem for years. The DL has had a lot of misses. The 1st round mistakes have been continuous. They have hit on a select few and I'm not sure the people that found those guys are still in the scouting department right now.

Yes they are, because they have a track record. They have shown they can successfully rebuild a league worst roster into a SB contender, in conjunction with their coaching, in a short period of time. That doesn't mean they will succeed again, and it doesn't mean they won't make mistakes along the way.

If the 49ers never got 2 years outta prime CMC, Shanahan would probably been fired. CMC has been propping him up since the KC regular season game in 2022

He also has walked into two talented rosters that weren't coached well. He's never had to rebuild anything since Stanford.

Always fun to twist a point that works against your argument into something that hypothetically would support it.

They did acquire CMC. That's a move they made to continue their SB window. That's exactly the type of positive that supports the idea that they know how to build a roster, lol.

LOL. What an excuse. He is the REASON they turned around. That says a lot of great things. He literally turned around University of San Diego, Stanford, Michigan, 49ers, Chargers. All were not winning programs until he arrived there. The common denominator is.....HARBAUGH.

I don't have any issue with Harbaugh. Pretty sad that we choose Baalke over him. Currently though this roster is really on shaky grounds. The last several drafts don't give me much confidence.
