four bad seasons from Kyle.

four good but not good enough seasons from Kyle. I've seen enough. The sooner we pivot the better.

we need OL so badly!! But Kyle drafts McGlinchey and passes on Tristan Wirfs. This is our great leader 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

You need to look at those 4 bad seasons. The first 2 were spent getting rid of bad players and rebuilding a team that had reached bottom. The other 2 were years when they suffered significant injuries. In 2020 JG was lost forthe season in the 3rd game. Bosa only played 2 games. Then we have this year where nearly every offensive starter and several backups missed significant time.

It more realistic to look at what the team did when it wasn't decimated by key injuries.

Context is key, but it's hard to grasp for some of the Faithful in this forum.
imagine saying the other 4 years of being in or on the verge of a SB as "not good enough years"..

I think the key word is "enough". Being on the verge of a SB win is good. It's not good enough though. The goal should always be to WIN the SB.

The question is, at what point do we get to "enough is enough" and we move on? Obviously, we all have different answers to that question.

Their goal in recent years has always been to win the SB. It's why they have several players who are the highest paid at their position. If bringing in a new coach was the answer to all their problems I'm sure they would do it. Problem is it's not the answer. What other coach in the league could have won this season with nearly every key player missing so many games. He was juggling lineuos efvery week.
Why doesn't Nick Sorensen get the injury excuse?

Lol I have the hypocrite ExcusesEverySecondEveryDay on ignore . . .

Your personal list updates on fictional people are appreciated. Thanks.

Not fictional at all. But I'll ask you... Tell me where Kyle excelled this year in particularly please. What good things do you think he did? I begged EESED for this but all he has is stupid hypocritical excuses. Literally nothing else.
remember all the excuses he made for jimmy and Alex and blamed Kyle.. wow look who's be blaming now on a injury plagued year lol

too bad he has people on ignore.. he might learn somethings

Should the Bills get rid of Allen, should Cinci get rid of Burrow

Why is Tomlin still with Pitt or Harb still in Balt

why, because you don't get rid of good assets that can help you win.

I think it comes down to how much responsibility/blame you put on each person in relation to winning/losing. Both Tomlin and Harbaugh have proven they can win a SB so they can at least say they know how to lead a group of men to a SB victory, or at least know how to stay out of the way while doing it.

For now, I think a lot of people would say that J. Allen and J. Burrow are NOT the reasons they haven't won a SB. We'll see if that changes as they keep getting their chances.

The reason Shanahan is so polarizing here is that he deserves a lot of credit for our team being very good, but he also deserves a lot of blame for not winning a SB when it was right there for the taking. It's those "gotta have it" moments in big games where he falls short and that's a big deal when it comes to winning championships. If he can't be at his best (or at least better than his average) in the biggest moments in the biggest games, I'm afraid we'll never win one with him.

Tomlin and Harb won how long ago? What have they done more in the time Shan has been HC? .. not enough, not close enough.. but you give them a pass

Allen and burrow not the reasons.. they have the ball in their hands every snap and just as much a part of it. but not all of it.

Idk if you know this, but the players make the plays. and if you forgot what happened in those gotta have it moments.. the plays called had wide open guys.

So you're willing to give all the chances to others but not the main guy who is not even on the field. That is just not reasonable thinking
I Still like Kyle and want him around, but the biggest problem this year was the egregious amount of absolutely bone headed play calling/decision making/game planning/lack of adjusting by Kyle throughout the year. Way too many " WTF " are you doing moments. I mean Allen over Dobbs
I think he's an excellent coach - not perfect [nobody is].

IMO - he's way too stubborn.

Not building up the OLine, trying to get by w/3rd raters.

Turning way to conservative in 2nd half of games - like the Lions game.

lol, the gripe on the zone was he was too aggressive in the 2nd half
No the gripe is Kyle is way too conservative in the 2nd half of games especially the 4th quarters.

OMG the s**t you spew.. you don't even know what conservative even means with the game of football
Lol, insult is ignorance. Kyle has a history of conservative play calling in 4th quarters.
Like i said, you don't even know what conservative even means with the game of football and with Kyle
Yes, I know nothing. Except what I see with my own eyes.
