His starting QBs over those years...
Ben Roethlisberger (2007-2021)
Charlie Batch (2007-2012)
Dennis Dixon (2008-2010)
Byron Leftwich (2008, 2010-2012)
Michael Vick (2015)
Landry Jones (2015-2017)
Mason Rudolph (2019-2023)
Devlin Hodges (2019)
Mitchell Trubisky (2022-2023)
Kenny Pickett (2022-2023)
Russell Wilson (2024)
Justin Fields (2024)
Like I said before, I'd blame him more for settling for bad to mediocre QBs. But it's not like good, to great, starting QBs become available. So best bet is to find one in the draft.
He was just talked about a few posts either (very strangely) Baker Mayfield just threw for 41 TDs and was available for Pittsburgh to sign. They went in another direction.
