I swear it's the stuff that's been said here over and over. I'm just numb to the fire Kyle crowd now. As they have zero control over his employment and judging by their football knowledge of wanting Kyle fired I will not ever have a thoughtful football discussion with that person.

I don't think people realize how much input guys like LaFleur/McDaniels/Slowik/both Kubiaks etc have on the offense. They put all the game plans together. They're all talking to each other on every play. Play-calling is just being the person who talks to the QB.

it's the same thing with Campbell, you don't think he has any say in the offensive play calls? Dude has the ultimate say in how it goes down. He's not just a cheerleader.

I mean, it's not just the coaches either…the QB has multiple plays and can audible whenever.

Eh still comes down to just picking the right coach. Not so much knowing when to keep or fire someone. Most teams will keep someone as long a possible. Those teams just never get it right stemming from bad management.
