Already Jayden is a better and more lethal version of Lamar.

You get swayed by recency far too easily.

We will see. Time will tell.

Jayden has more poise than Lamar,

And Jayden has one play off win less than Lamar already.

Lamar can't pass from the pocket.

I really am bored of these false narratives repeated year after year with no actual basis in reality.

4-2 in the playoffs vs 3-5.... And one dudes still on his rookie contract...

Chokers gunna choke.

Hell I'd take fraud Jalen over Lamar and he wilts when the games put on him also.

Shanahan with Lamar would look the same as with Lance... Dude would be out by game 6 every year...

You might have set a record for bad takes per word here.

Team success as a means of judging players.
Jalen > Lamar
Lamar = Lance in our system.

impressive stuff.

The point is if you hitch your team to a specific type of QB who has far limiting portions of his game your going to likely be limited on coaching success until you move on from them. IE llamar ie kap. IE Tebow.

You could get lucky but even Cam came up short and he was a far better athlete than llamar.

Jalen actually has a chance to squeak a SB out this year. This all depends on how well he gets hidden though. Again I'd rather have Jalen then llamar because he can kind of limited pass from the pocket. He doesn't immediately fully limit the playbook hiding him. You just can't put too much on him to deep pass or make consecutive big throws.

Harbaugh was even smart this year bringing in Henry to try to just play smash mouth and not pass. Similar to how the eagles brought saquon. The issue is Henry is older than saquon and Jalen can pass better than llamar.

Again though llamar and harbs haven't even come close to sniffing a SB. I'm sure harbaughs happy though that llamar has 3 mvps and he hasn't come close to a sb since ditching flacco.
Talking about Derrick Henry and Saquan Barkley, our version of them CMC has to stay fit this year. He can say whatever he likes but CMC has a history of injuries.

My unofficial value for CMC is we're at least a 10 point better team (2 additional FG a game instead of a midfield stalled drive punt, and turning a deep redzone FG in to a TD).

Opposition Defences have to do so much more to account for him it opens up everything for us, meaning they can't just play high safeties and limit the big plays for our receivers. More attention and focus mean more isolation for the receivers. Longer drives, more moving the chains, improved redzone, more clock control etc etc.

We just need to keep CMC.fit and make sure that his not impacted by the Achilles issues

Biggest issue on the O line is Brendel. They fix that and they will be improved. Get Erik McCoy.

Definitely is. Id be locked in on upgrading LG and C. I'd try to find a tackle for obvious reasons (Trent's age), but the left side was the clear weakness.
The biggest issue is not even on the field. It's the awful drafting from 2020 to 2023. Almost all of the issues are related to simply not having the right players. If they can't fix the drafting, it really doesn't matter whatever changes they make on the field.

They basically need a homerun draft (again) in 2025 to start pointing this thing in the right direction again.
