Weren't you the one that said that you would hire Mike McCarthy if you were the Jaguars?
Well, why not McCarthy as 49ers HC instead of Kyle?
I mean he's a winner. He won a Superbowl with the Packers isn't it?
This team would clearly be so much better with Mike.

we had mike a long time ago. he was a good OC hire from Nolan. too good it seems as he was poached. it to this day blows my mind, we were terrible in 05 and our OC was poached.
The coaching, play calling and game management continues to be sub-par given the experience Kyle has.

another decent draft pick.

Can you stop spamming the same s**t constantly or you just so desperate for attention?
We're light years behind the best NFC teams right now, will be a mammoth effort to get back to the playoffs and make a dent.

As an aside, it probably doesn't matter much to most people, but the amount of times we burn timeouts early in each half when there's no real reason to (except they're disorganised or haven't decided on a play) is so frustrating. You need those to stop the clock at the end of games, stop spending them as if they don't matter.

Light years.
Man we have a long list of needs this offseason. It's basically a rebuild, but hopefully a quick one like the Rams pulled off. We obviously need a massive overhaul of the O-Line. D-Line needs help. Need a kicker and another receiver. Linebackers and secondary are pretty good (need a corner to replace Yiadom and some better depth at linebacker). Guerendo looks good, might could handle RB2 if Mason or CMC are cooked. Mustafa is awesome. Need to move on from Deebo, Hufanga, and Juice.

We all crossed our fingers in this year's draft that we wouldn't use a 3rd round pick on a RB we'd cut in 2 years, only to… draft a kicker we'd cut in 2 years.

it's baffling that that level of offensive creativity/flow wasn't present sooner in the season. IMO it felt as if he didn't really get his s**t together, play-calling wise, until the Buffalo and Chicago games.

They need to start hitting better on draft picks if they want to keep the SB window open.
Id love is to find another TE in the draft, just to be able to mix things up in the running game, get some extra blocking and protection In the passing game. We can then let George loose upfield more.

The theme of this season has been a tale of two halves. And that is: Before Halftime we've been reasonably productive. But going into Halftime seems to psyche the team out. Because after that we can't seem to maintain a lead or recover when we're down.

Boy do some still like to downplay Kap. He threw for 72TDs and only 30ints. And in his *worse* year with Chip Kelly.. in a little over half a season, he threw for 16TDs and only 4ints. And do yall remember the roster, especially in the later half of the season? We had RB Shaun Droughns as the starter with WRs like Jeremy Kerley, Quinton Patton and Rod Streater.

And that horrible 2016 season the majority of his TDs came in the first half of games, so it wasn't like they were garbage time points. We were still in games, in the first half. We were neck to neck with Tom Brady and the Patriots, with Kap having better stats in the first half of that game I believe... but then. Like the rest of the season, Chip Kelly's inability to adjust in the second half of games killed us...we were predictable.. especially with us lining up 100% of the time in Gun.. even when it was 4th and inches lol.. running it up the middle.

Edit- this is how he was playing with a weak roster vs playoff hunt Dolphins with Vance Joseph at DC.

Sorry Dude I loved Kap and thought he was going to change the game, but he got worse and worse every year. Purdy has his limitations but I'd take him over Kap every day of the week.

Kap is a better activist than football player.

WHO f**k SAID ANYTHING ABOUT PURDY?

I'm talking about folks still trying to make it seem like Kap was a s**tty QB or an average one. And your last sentence is part of that.

Well, last years draft looks pretty good. Plenty of ammunition for this year's, we will have to wait and see.
