about that starter quote, if your team is loaded rooks have a hard time seeing the field. if rooks have a hard time seeing the field, they have a hard time developing quickly. need reps. we all know this draft is gonna have more plug and play day 1 starter needs. that's why ppl keep referencing the rams, who had to play guys as rookies. it can be trial by fire but you find stars that way if they can handle it and develop.
