well hopefully he'll give the players some PEDs. Otherwise, I'm not sure when we'll ever see improvement on the injury front.

All the players can avoid random testing by simply informing the testers that Eric Reid is visiting and in the building that day.

Didn't chip Kelly bring in the "newest latest and greatest high tech" nutrition and sleep and workouts to the 49ers too?

We need our IR to go back to the mean, but even at the mean, with your QB out, it wouldn't matter if you were at mean.

Yeah, he was the Smoothie King. After Vernon Davis, of course.

So with this new guys resume & everyone excited with the "new tech/info he uses to evaluate players, wouldn't it be very naive of us NOT TO THINK every single team in the NFL is using the latest and greatest technology and if they are not, then those are some poorly ran NFL teams..

49ers should have spies on the inside of the Patriots and/or any other team that is low on the IR list.

IIRC Kelly had them do nutrition testing on all the guys and they were trying to design nutrition programs based off that. To make sure guys were getting all the nutrition they needed. Somewhere along the way there was a systemic problem though. It obviously wasn't just nutrition. They need to re-think their whole approach. From how they are weight training vs pliability, plyometrics, elasticity and resistance training along with nutrition. It feels like somewhere in here there was a focus more on performance increases over injury resistance or something.

You'd think so but some coaches still love the old school approach. That's also not to say sometimes the old school way isn't a bad way either.

RE: the Patriots, must be all the TB12 stuff....... that and Tom Brady said his wife was a good witch.....
They are certainly going to have their work cut out for them.

They responsible with the rehab as players recover from injuries?
No better way to find out how your new setup is going to work than giving them a ton of players to take care of

Normally I would say "impressive", but considering those involved, "depressive".

The impressive depressive part is I actually remembered every one of these injury concerns off the top of my head. I spend way too much time in here. LOL
