The only thing worse than him is our medical staff.
Honestly, i have no idea what the problem)(s) are/is. But it is pretty obvious something different has to be tried. This is just a guess, but i wonder if all the problems with team tackling didn't come from Kyle virtually eliminating tackling during practice, in an attempt to cut down on injuries. It makes sense, and i can't see any other reason why he would eliminate contact practice. But if that happens to be a correct assumption, it hasn't worked either.
Only thing that seems reasonable is to re-institute tackling practice, and start over. Again, i don't know what the answer is. But our first change of Strength coaching staff has not worked. We are no better off injury wise than we were before the JL/KS reign. Only thing that seems reasonable is to once again strart from scratch, different guys, and see if that works.
One thing i would do tho, is to reinstitute tackling practice. No question we need it.
