Might be a dumb question but does Robert being from Lebanese descent qualify him in the new hiring formula where the team would get two 3rd round picks?

Yes, I would love the two draft picks we'd get for him.

More than okay. Saleh has been fantastic.
Kris Richard is a guy who will be heavily coveted this offseason. The only problem is this guy is destined to be a head coach very soon.
Richard opted out of 2020 after failing to secure a HC or DC job. Apparently he only had DB coaching opportunities presented.
Will be interesting to see if he gets a HC or DC job this year. Certainly worth a look see for us if Saleh does leave.
He has been. His most impressive year by far given the circumstances.

Saleh has been awesome this yr. I have no idea why people would think otherwise given the circumstances.

"I hope nobody figures it out and he stays here for a long time. He needs to be in no rush." -- Kyle Shanahan on Robert Saleh's head coaching opportunities this offseason.

I still don't like how we always show our blitz pre snap. I think Saleh is a good leader but he's not anything special as a DC.
I would be more than happy to see him get a head coaching gig and get those two 3rd round picks. Or is he not "minority enough"?

He really has. He's closing games far better too with lesser talent. You can always judge a coordinator when adversity is there. He's certainly faced adversity but has absolutely responded well. Very impressed.

Poole with no help would be something some people may point out as a reason. Hopkins not getting doubled would be another.
