He's one and done. Didn't even want to be here. Would have been great to find some young passionate coach who would be here for a while.

The next HC once Kyle burns out…⏳

Hadn't thought about that. Interesting. I usually want an Offensive minded HC, but…… Interesting

Happened before with Walsh ➡? Seifert

But it should of gone to Mike Holmgren

Saleh: Hey Kyle. Of course I'd want another shot at being a HC because those opportunities are far and few, but if none of those pan out I'd love to come be DC with you again.

Sounds like a logical approach to his industry and the opportunities it provides. That's not a negative thing.

Would we get another 2 3rds?

He would be an absolute moron to turn down a hc job. Ask guys like Byron leftwich and slowik if they regret it

We'd have to have far and away the best defense in the league for him to get another shot so soon. I say he's here for 3 seasons at least.

Or another s**tty team like the Jags or Cowboys do it as the only option.

Don't you know it?

Saleh has full control of:

-Designing the gameplan every week
-Who to bench
-Gametime adjustments

The last 2 seasons Shanahan was too involved in the defense because he really didn't trust Wilks and then Sorensen and there are several examples of that but now with Saleh back he has to give him full control of the defense to be able to focus 100% on the offense again.

Maiocco just said that Saleh is gonna be basically the head-coach of the defense

SB baby!!!!!
easiest schedule and for sure less injuries, with these upgrades on special teams and defense, the dishes are done…. game over man game over!

it's going to be a great year boys!!!!

Usually around 5 to 7 openings a year for HC.

It's hard to tell which ones. But Miami, Giants, Indianapolis, Carolina, Tennessee could have coaches on the hot seat if they don't improve. I thought Carolina cosch did a good job with what he had but the owner is an ass. So Saleh will definitely a shot next year. But he will have competition.. another if up and coming coordinators in the league. Saleh will have to blow them away with a good defense this year.

We just tried that with Sorensen. We need an experienced DC to get the defense back on track. Even if he leaves in a year - the defense should be left in better shape for another coach to take over.

Givens and Flannigan-Fowles were on that team too, but are pending FAs

That's a good start.

A far better start than what he had in 2017. Not a stretch that we will be top 10 in yards and points. Now if we get to top 5
