Robert was the one that helped select Fred and Greenlaw IIRC... glad he's here early before the draft to find us more top tier LBs.

SB baby!!!!!
easiest schedule and for sure less injuries, with these upgrades on special teams and defense, the dishes are done…. game over man game over!
it's going to be a great year boys!!!!
F Reddick. Hurt Purdy lol
My only concern with Reed is that he had alot of penalties this past season.

Will he fix everything, no. The players have to do the work but this is an immediate upgrade, it has to be. One thing about the Eagles that's interesting they were in the '23 Super Bowl the following season they were subpar and barely limped into the playoffs on a downward spiral, were blown out in the WC. Also their defense was crap but this last season they were about a top 10ish defense and the offense wasn't spectacular but efficient and consistent, with a great addition of Barkley. They're on the verge of 2 SB appearances in 3 years. Maybe the Niners could have a similar three year stretch having made the SB, then a crap season, bounce back to another playoff run the following year.

Exactly. I've said many times we will be next years Eagles except we actually have a qb who can pass, the easiest schedule in the NFL and huge upgrades on D and ST (by default).
I see 13-4 even with some injuries

He helped Warner, not Dre. Dre was all DeMeco.I say that with all due respect, but being drafted means f**k al these days

I thought that nobody wanted to work with Kyle because of his gigantic ego?
Super happy to see Robert Saleh back. He's exactly what the team needs.

Source confirms that ex-Jets coach Robert Saleh has accepted the Niners defensive coordinator job. San Francisco coach Kyle Shanahan was patient with Saleh's head-coaching pursuits, and with the Dallas and Vegas jobs now spoken for, that patience paid off.

Now that you mention it, the Eagles and Niners have quite a few similarities.
CMC helped get us over the hump. Barkley has helped the Eagles in the same way.
Niners invested a lot in the dline (Kinlaw, Hargraves, Young, etc.) So has the Eagles. Eagles have hit on more off their investments though.
Purdy and Hurts are borderline top 10 QBs. Neither drafted in rd 1
Niner fans are whiners, Eagle fans on jerks

Also pushed for the Jets to sign Quincy Williams after Jacksonville cut him and now he's one of the better LBs in football.
