I hope this org and Saleh can identify talent in the draft the way the chiefs do on defense. They just run them in there every year.

I am working on a theory that the 9ers go all in on 2 players (bosa/fred) and got mid level on the rest.
KC seems to be able to identify and retain at least B players at all levels (except Jones) (minus injuries)

I know its like they have players at every position. I know Spags is good but man their defense is all over the field.

Just need Saleh to talk Shanahan and Lynch into moving up to #7 or #8 to draft Mason Graham.
With Baalke fired, odds of Graham making it to 7 went way, way down. I don't think he gets past Jacksonville at #5 now.
Jacksonville's D was 31st in total yards and 28th in total points. I definitely wouldn't overlook them taking him at 5.
Watch them take Malaki Starks.
Go get Holland in Free agency.

The Jaguars? A safety? I'd love Starks for us if Graham isn't there. But for them, that would be beyond stupid.

They identify talent so well because it's the same guy coaching in the same role in the same system for years (even decades). It's why Bobby Turner, Spagnolo, and Kris Kocurek are so good at it.
Kyle likes to move coaches between offense and defense to help them grow but there are downsides to that approach.

Who has done that? The bills/chiefs put up 30 each, the eagles/commanders put up a lot of points each.... What NFL team has consistently stopped dual threat QBs? Not the teams in the sb.
