Most worried about the off script plays of course. I wonder if Saleh uses Alexander as the spy this time.

Saleh is going to have to figure out his kryptonite and scheme something for the screen pass because Reid will run it as often as we run the ball if it's working.

Like he did against the screen happy Vikes?
You can't compare KC to the Vikings in any way whatsoever.

Sure they are different teams with different talent to execute. But the Vikes used it a lot this year and had a load of success with it. It was a non factor in that game because we did a great job in shutting it down.

The point remains he has shown he can nullify it and having a lot of key players (Tartt, Kwon, Ford) in this game that we missed for stretches should be a boost in helping us defend against it. Still will be a challenge though.
His front 7 shut down Minny's Oline, they couldn't do anything. KC has a better Oline, better QB, better TE and receivers who could run an olympic 4x100 and be competitive. And the biggest difference is Reid vs Stefanski who I think was in over his head and will prove it in Cleveland next year.

He still did what he needed to do against Minny.

I already acknowledged its a challenge, a big one. Need to game plan against the pass and against the screen game and need everyone that be as healthy as possible on D.

Great f**king job. 2 nice blitz calls. And having Sherman following Adams some has been great. Props to Sherm b/c I don't think he likes doing it. Just showing his greatness.

Awesome job. I think I saw him throw up on the sidelines at the end of the game too. Nerves, I'm sure.

Wasn't nerves, he was sick. You could see he didn't look right throughout the game

I just heard that. Thanks. Poor guy. He certainly man'd up! Respect.

I saw him hurl too, it was late in the 4th q.
If he can stop mahomes, then he should have a statue in front of Levi's.

Yeah, he looked surprised like, "WTF?...puke." I'm sure being sick and stressed watching Rodgers try to make a comeback didn't help his stomach at all.

Foot off the gas = letting them dink and dunk their way down the field and run the clock down. They used 11:30 in the 3rd quarter to score 13 points.

2 pass plays over 100 yards not dink and dunk.

So if the team gave up 2/5ths of their 2nd half yards on 2 plays how is that taking your foot off of the gas?

"Listen up. Here's the deal. We're going to go out and do exactly the same thing we've done the last 18 weeks. When they start to figure out in the second half we're not changing anything, we'll zig zag and not change anything. Go 9ers."

Not sure why some want to see him leave, he can only get better right? I mean he's on his third year, he's gonna be an elite coach in a few years .
Who mimics Mahomes this week ...CJ ?

Point is, we got no pressure and saleh didnt dial up pressure

Lmao @ thinking we needed "pressure" when we were sitting on a 27-0 lead instead of playing the clock. Some of y'all need to stop over thinking and over analyzing.

The only way to give up a 27 point lead is to give up big plays. We gave up 2, and you wanted him to put the defense in a position to give up more for the sake of "dialing up pressure?"

Haters gonna hate.
