As long as he is in good enough shape, I am happy to have him. He can take on 2 blockers and push the pocket when needed. Will be really needed if we get to SB against Ravens.

I'm not mad about this. Mitchell was solid, not great with us and DJ Jones showed a TON when he was in. He's better than Sheldon Day or Street at this point and as much as I like grooming young guys, now is not the time for that. Buck and AA needed more rest in that game, period. This is a guy who knows the scheme, can hold down the fort and won't be a huge liability.

in this last game? for sure. plus, he's only been out of the game since August. retired in November.

He should be in good shape and well rested. He was with Seattle the entire preseason.
