He does and I don't think any team pays him anywhere near what he would get paid here, even if it's a slight decrease from the last contract.

That is a possibility, buuuuut, I don't think it's that difficult to find a replacement in the draft. Other than blocking and understanding the scheme, Juice wasn't really an impactful offensive weapon in terms of the explanation that was used when we initially gave him that big money: Offensive Weapon.

I recently finished the end of season Players Presser on YouTube.
After watching Juice get kinda' chocked-up, when asked about his
future with the Niners, a Most Horrible thought ran through my brain

Hopefully -- as Lynch spoke openly of when questioned on this -- the team will be able
to find a way to keep Kyle on the squad. So I'm praying that Marathe and Juszczyk can
reach a mutual agreement

Now, back to my first sentence, where I mentioned that Horrible Thought. We all know of
a certain coach in the PNW, which loves to "Pound the Rock". if the 49ers can't keep Juice,
I have a Bad Feeling that said coach and GM (if possible), would love nothing better than
to make Kyle an offer he can't refuse, if it's within their means

Please convince me I'm being paranoid, someone, anyone ...

Juice is great. But I will be very surprised if he gets $5M/year in real money on the open market with a suppressed salary cap.

Unless they plan on using that 6.4 mil saved on other players . A lot will depend on what the salary cap is gonna be this coming year

That's why I posted what I did. I don't know if you've had a chance to watch the Presser,
but Juice alluded to something which gave me pause for a second. When asked about
his role, and how he fits with the Niners, he went on, to paraphrase:

"Yeah I fit well with this team, as well as with the players ...
but who's to say that couldn't happen with another team and how I'd be used. So yes, it's
interesting"

He did mention that when he signed with th 49ers, he was only 25 YO, so getting that bag
for security was important. Now he said " I'm married and want to start a family, so being
on a contender is just as important as the money"

Well we should have everything he wants here, the money, the team that is a contender but there is one thing we have that other teams dont that Juice said would play into his decision and that folks is Running Backs coach Bobby Turner, Juice loves coach Turner.
