Not just is the whole drafting a TE and Juice is gone not correct, but FA happens before the Draft, so, Juice will be signed by then.

I wouldn't say zero chance, right now the tag would be $10,835,000, which is of course ridiculous for a FB, but he's more than just a FB, he has the best hands of any FB, best pass catching FB, best FB in the NFL. If they can get a deal done with Trent where his cap number is like $5.5M, then I could them considering tagging Juice, but I doubt they do it. Unless the cap does hit $185M, there won't be many teams tagging players.

I love Juice and understand his contributions to the offense but the 49ers would be idiots for franchise tagging a FB. They aren't idiots.
